Crew Contacts

On this page you will find contact details for the crew & skippers. The contact details are available as .xls spreadsheet files using MS Excel, or .pdf Adobe Acrobat files using Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't have Excel or Acrobat Reader on your computer, you can download a free Excel viewer and a free version of Acrobat Reader using the links on the right.

Items which have been updated recently are highlighted.

To notify us of a change in your contact details, email 'membership [at] weyandarun.co.uk'.

All the above links require you to enter a username (= boatgroup) and password (= the padlock combination).

To send an email to all skippers, use 'skippers [at] waelboat.co.uk' and for all crew members, use 'crew [at] waelboat.co.uk'. For security reasons and to avoid spam, access to these mailing lists is restricted to a privileged few. Your email will be rejected if you do not have permission. If you need access, ask ListAdmin (see below).

If you use OpenOffice instead of Excel, and you have problems opening the spreadsheet directly from the website, try this workaround. After clicking on the link, select Save instead of Open, and save it to a suitable place (e.g. the Desktop, or My Documents). Then open the spreadsheet from where you saved it.

Who does what?

Jennie Tomlinson - maintains this website.

Dave King - keeps records, including email addresses, of all skippers and crew as a subset of the WACT membership database.
        He uploads these records to this website at the above links. He sends email addresses to ListAdmin (see below).

        Note: All changes to email addresses, phone numbers and postal addresses should be sent to 'membership [at] weyandarun.co.uk'

ListAdmin [at] weyandarun.co.uk - maintains the email groups (mailing lists) for all WACT groups, including those used by WAEL.

Office - maintains the monthly rosters on this website.
