The Waelboat Incident Management System (WIMSy) allows us to maintain a record of all incidents, accidents, boat maintenance, and other "things that need doing", boat-group-wise.
This system utilises the HelpLINE software from BadgerNT (www.badgernt.com) and is hosted on their servers, free-of-charge.
Only board members and skippers are currently configured to logon, but they can report incidents on behalf of other crew members. If you think you should be included, or have forgotten your username or password, please email: wimsy [at] badgernt [dot] com
Further details and instructions are available on the Help link, after you logon. Make sure the database name is WIMSY when you logon.
If you have not used the system before, or would like to try it without affecting the live system, you can logon to the test system instead. This is an exact copy of WIMSy (as at 3 December 2011) but without the automated emails, etc. Logging on is exactly the same but the database name is WIMSYTEST.
Below are some reports from WIMSy (pdf), updated weekly on Monday at 11am. To view them, you will need to enter the same username and password as for the crew list, etc. (boatgroup, code).
